Wellness begins with WE

A small, intimate yoga studio and massage therapy company located in Carbondale, IL. For some its just starting the journey. For others it is joining a long time practice.

Our classes are intentional limited to 6 people or less. In creating and defining a “safe” studio, we have worked to unlearn our own projections of safe. And are open to creating a space that our BIPOC & LGTBQIA+ communities feel both supported AND heard.

There is only one group of people unwelcome in our quaint company. If you feel that there isn’t room for marginalized groups of people. Please take your business elsewhere.

In creating a place for yoga- not just asana, and a place for self healing, not just massage, we want to respect where YOU are in your own journey. After opening during Covid, we maintained that world needed new options for committing a space to its community. WE are not a pillar yet but hope to become part of your support system, to become comfortable with yourself.
